The Men's Center’s mission is to help men recover from alcoholism and drug dependency in order to achieve productive lives.

Dear Friends,

We wish to communicate to you the highlights of the past year and share our successes and challenges. Some of these were:

• Assisted 900 men in their recovery from alcohol and other drug dependency.
• Hosted the most successful Mayfest celebration/fundraiser in The Center’s history, raising $11,965 to be used in the upgrading of the residential facilities.
• Reinstituted the Intake Review Committee whereby every new resident admitted appears before a group of three individuals, a board member, a staff member and a peer from the community, for assessment of goals and identification of help needed.
• Co-sponsored the Second Annual Ride for Recovery in conjunction with Hermann Memorial Prevention and Recovery Center to raise money for and awareness of The Men’s Center and the Way Out Women’s Center.
